For a share of cost, eligible employees who work at least twenty-four (24) hours per week can participate in our group insurance program that includes medical, dental, vision and more.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Because we recognize that personal problems can affect your attendance, job performance or behavior at work, we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP offers confidential and professional counseling and, when appropriate, referrals to other services to deal with personal problems such as chemical dependency, marital or family conflict, emotional upsets, or financial problems.
We understand the importance of planning for retirement. To help you prepare for a financially satisfying and secure retirement, we sponsor the Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan–a tax-deferred savings plan. We care about the future of our employees and offer a 401k match up to 4%. .
We encourage all employees to take time off for rest, vacation or to recuperate from illness, and we provide generous vacation and sick paid-time-off to allow for this.
Eligible employees who work at least thirty-two (32) hours per week receive paid time off for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day as well as one floating holiday.
