Incubate is a Mendocino County task force dedicated to strengthening healthcare provider well‑being, satisfaction, recruitment, and retention through multi‑organizational collaboration since 2022. It is co‑sponsored by ARCH, Mendocino Community Health Clinics, and Adventist Health.
