This event is designed to connect you directly with high-potential candidates at a critical moment in their careers, including residents and students preparing to enter the workforce. Instead of broad outreach, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in focused, one-on-one conversations with candidates actively exploring where to build their future.
What will motivate these providers to travel to our area for this event? We are promoting this event to Program Coordinators at Universities across Northern California! We are letting them know that their students can come and talk with local providers (not just our wonderful HR/Recruiters), have some time to explore the area, complete a free CME course, and enter to win amazing raffle prizes.
This event has been generously funded by the Building the Healthcare Workforce grant from the County Medical Services Program.
Incubate is a Mendocino County task force dedicated to strengthening healthcare provider well‑being, satisfaction, recruitment, and retention through multi‑organizational collaboration since 2022. It is co‑sponsored by ARCH, Mendocino Community Health Clinics, and Adventist Health.
