Melanie Ulvila is a licensed clinical social worker who sees clients of all ages. Born and raised in Willits, she has worked in the field for over 20 years, beginning her career with children in foster care and their foster parents. Melanie has also worked with unhoused youth, with veterans, in the tribal community including Round Valley, in schools, and in integrated healthcare settings. She graduated with a master’s in social work from the University of Nevada in Reno. At MCHC, Melanie appreciates that she can work with clients of all ages and develop a long-term investment in their care, partnering with other providers at the clinic to offer support across many areas.
