To schedule your first appointment just give us a call at 855-FOR-MCHC (855-367-6242).

When visiting us for the first time, please arrive 15-30 minutes before your appointment. Bring your health insurance and/or Medi-Cal card along with a picture ID, and any medication you are currently taking.
