Before Appointments
- Know Your Rights. View the Patient Rights and Responsibility and the Privacy Policy.
- Keep Your Info Updated. Please double-check your address on MyChart MyChart to ensure everything is up to date.
- Plan Ahead. Arrive on time by giving yourself enough time for parking or travel.
- Need to Reschedule Just call us at 855-367-6242 if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Running Late or Can’t Make It? Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another patient in need.
In-Person Appointments
- Parking Tips: Some of our locations have limited parking, so give yourself extra time to find a spot.
- Check-In Early: Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in.
- Service Dogs Welcome: Feel free to bring your service dog, but please note that emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Scent-Free Zone: To protect the health of our patients and staff, we ask that you avoid wearing scented products.
- Bring Your Medication List: Remember to bring a list of all the medications you’re currently taking.
