Sean Ré is a marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor who provides counseling and psychotherapy services to adults and adolescents. Sean tailors his approach to meet clients’ specific needs, honoring their unique intellectual, cultural, spiritual, physical, and human qualities to provide a feeling of safety and respect. Sean focuses on each client’s strengths with the goal of helping them live life to the fullest.
Sean completed his master’s in counseling program at Sonoma State University in 2006 after working as a laser engineer and then a high school teacher. Initially, much of his counseling work focused on helping traumatized youth. Now he works with both adults and adolescents here at MCHC Health Centers.
Sean is a life-long learner who continually seeks ways to better himself and ways to help his clients better themselves.
